AREAS OF PRACTICE

David B. Epstein is a founding partner of Epstein, Turner & Song, P.C. Mr. Epstein has been lead trial counsel in all aspects of civil litigation since 1973 with special emphasis in real estate finance, construction, employment and complex business litigation matters. Mr. Epstein was a partner with Garfield, Tepper, Estein & Turner from 1989 to 1998.

Mr. Epstein has successfully handled complex business and employment cases before state, federal and appellate courts. These matters include contract, unfair competition, and other business disputes, employment discrimination claims, sexual harassment claims, loan fraud claims, major construction and soil subsidence claims, and class action claims.

EDUCATION AND MEMBERSHIPS

Mr. Epstein is an honors graduate from University of California, Berkeley (B.S. 1966), and a graduate of University of California, Los Angeles School of Law (J.D. 1969). Mr. Epstein is a member of the Litigation Section of the State Bar of California, the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Beverly Hills Bar Association, and a past member of the California Mortgage Banker Association. Mr. Epstein has taught law at San Fernando Valley College of Law (now merged with University of West Los Angeles School of Law). Mr. Epstein is admitted to practice before all California State Courts, all United States District Courts for California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
